<p>1. SUPPLEMENTS: There is a lot of variety of supplements available in the market. You should choose the one whose ingredients suit you the most. You should search for the scientific support of the supplements and should study the people’s feedback on that particular supplement. Before starting to take supplements you should also consult your doctor or fitness trainer.</p>
<p>2. DIET: Diet also plays an important part in body building. Our diet should be rich in nutrients. It should be high in proteins. We must avoid eating junk food that contains loads of calories but are zero in nutrition.</p>
<p>3. EXERCISE: Workout is the most important for body building. You must exercise for at least 2 hours per day but initially you can start with half an hour per day.</p>
